20 most promising new businesses for 2004.
The HSBC Start-Up Stars Awards aim to find the best and brightest rising
business stars in the UK. Applications were open to fledgling businesses that
were under two years old on 8 March 2004
Start-up Stars Awards, one
of only two national Business Start-up competitions throughout the UK, in
association with Sky News and the Daily Express. The Start-up Stars Awards seek
not only to recognise those who have seen an opportunity and acted upon it -
but also to inspire others to develop the skills that strengthen the backbone
of small businesses supporting the British economy.
